These Terms of Use apply to Redicare LLC’s public website at redicare.com and its online quote-request workflow at crm.redicare.com/redi365-quote, including the contact/account form. These website pages and tools are referred to below as the “Site.” The SMS and Text Messaging Terms section also governs participation in Redicare’s transactional SMS program.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to the website provisions of these terms. Please discontinue use of the Site if you do not agree. Using the Site, submitting a quote request, providing a phone number, purchasing services, or accepting these terms does not automatically enroll you in text messages. SMS enrollment requires separate, affirmative consent.
These terms cover the quote-request workflow and SMS program described here even when they display Redi365 branding. Separate terms may govern other Redi365 platform features, but they do not replace the SMS consent and unsubscribe provisions stated here.

The content on this Site, including articles, guides, product descriptions, and any other materials related to workplace first aid, CPR, AED operation, or emergency response, is provided for general informational purposes only.
Reading, viewing, or otherwise consuming content on this Site does not constitute training, certification, or qualification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, or any other emergency response discipline. Certification requires completion of an approved, hands-on training course administered by a qualified instructor. Redicare's training courses are described separately and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
In an emergency, always contact professional emergency services by calling 911. First aid training and equipment are intended to support emergency response until professional help arrives, not to replace it.
The quote configurator on this Site generates estimates based on the information you provide, including building square footage, number of employees, and workplace hazards. These estimates are intended to give you a general picture of a compliant first aid program and its associated cost. They are not a binding quote, a guarantee of OSHA or ANSI compliance, or a substitute for a formal assessment by a Redicare specialist.
RediScore is an informational tool designed to help you evaluate the relative readiness of your workplace first aid program based on your inputs. A RediScore result does not constitute a compliance determination, a guarantee of regulatory compliance, or a certification of any kind. Actual compliance with applicable regulations depends on factors specific to your facility, jurisdiction, and workforce that may not be fully captured by the tool.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and the RediScore and Redi365 names and marks, is the property of Redicare LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Redicare LLC does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site. Redicare LLC operates a transactional SMS program for requested quote updates, installation planning, and service notifications. These terms govern that program, including enrollment through our online quote-request workflow and its contact/account form, even when those pages display Redi365 branding.
By separately opting in, you agree to receive non-marketing text messages from Redicare about quotes you have requested, installation planning and scheduling, installation-plan links and completion reminders, and ongoing service updates.
Messages may be sent using automated messaging technology.
This program does not send advertising, promotional offers, or unsolicited sales messages.
You may enroll by selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox on Redicare’s quote-request form and submitting the form. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default.
Providing a phone number, requesting a quote, purchasing services, or accepting these Terms of Use does not automatically enroll you.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or continued service.
Consent must come from the person who will receive the messages and applies only to the mobile number and Redicare messaging program for which it was provided.
Message frequency varies based on your quote, installation, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
You may receive one final text confirming your request. After that confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new affirmative consent. You may also contact Redicare for help with an unsubscribe request.
You do not need to cancel your Redicare services to stop receiving texts. Essential service communications may continue through another permitted channel, such as email.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Redicare cannot guarantee message delivery or timing.
This program is not an emergency-response service.
Redicare does not sell, rent, or share mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
Providers supporting the messaging program may process information on Redicare’s behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not transferred to another business for its own messaging.
The Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of information associated with this program.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at redicare.com/privacy.
Acceptance of these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy does not constitute consent to receive text messages. SMS enrollment requires a separate, affirmative consent choice.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Updates to these terms, or your continued use of the Site, do not enroll you in text messages, restore SMS consent you previously withdrew, or authorize messages outside the scope of the consent you provided.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
