This Privacy Policy explains how Redicare LLC (“Redicare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects personal information through our public website at redicare.com and our online quote-request workflow at crm.redicare.com/redi365-quote, including its contact/account form. These website pages and forms are referred to below as the “Site.”
This policy also governs information collected and used for Redicare’s transactional SMS program, including requested quote updates, installation planning, and service notifications.
This policy applies to the quote-request workflow and SMS program even when they display Redi365 branding. Other Redi365 platform features may be governed by separate privacy policies. Those separate policies do not replace the protections described here for this quote-request workflow or SMS program.
Providing contact information, submitting a form, using the Site, or accepting general website terms does not, by itself, authorize Redicare to send you text messages. SMS enrollment requires separate, affirmative consent.
We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will update the revision date and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Changes to this policy do not automatically enroll you in text messages, restore previously withdrawn SMS consent, or authorize new messaging purposes that require additional consent.
We collect information to help you find the right workplace first aid solution and, if you become a client, to deliver and maintain your program.
When you interact with the Site, such as filling out a contact form, building a quote, or requesting information, you may provide us with your name, email address, phone number, business address, and details about your workplace such as number of employees, building square footage, and relevant hazards.
We also collect certain information automatically based on how you use the Site, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is aggregated and is not tied to your personal information.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time, though doing so may affect how some parts of the Site function. We don't control cookies placed by third-party platforms—their use is governed by their own privacy policies.
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide information about Redicare services, and deliver and maintain your first aid program if you become a client. We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to third parties.
We may respond to inquiries and quote requests by email or other permitted communication channels. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails. Text messages require separate, affirmative consent as described in the SMS and Mobile Messaging section below.
Some communications are necessary to deliver and maintain your Redicare services. You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP, including while you remain an active customer. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your Redicare services. When essential service information still needs to reach you, we may communicate through another permitted channel, such as email.
Our Site includes links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies before submitting any information.
We will disclose your personal information without prior notice only if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect the rights or property of Redicare LLC, or protect the personal safety of our users or the public.
This section governs Redicare LLC’s transactional SMS program, including enrollment through our online quote-request workflow and its contact/account form. These protections apply even when the quote form displays Redi365 branding.
With your affirmative consent, Redicare may send non-marketing text messages about quotes you have requested, installation planning and scheduling, installation-plan links and completion reminders, and ongoing service updates.
This program does not send advertising, promotional offers, or unsolicited sales messages.
We collect and use your mobile phone number, consent records, messaging activity, and unsubscribe preferences to deliver these messages, document messaging permissions, and honor opt-out requests.
SMS enrollment is optional. The consent checkbox is separate and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number, submitting a quote request, or accepting general website terms does not, by itself, enroll you in text messages.
Consent is not a condition of requesting a quote, purchasing services, or remaining a Redicare customer.
Message frequency varies based on your quote, installation, and service activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Redicare LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose this information to providers supporting our messaging program, including Twilio, only as needed to deliver messages, administer consent and unsubscribe requests, or maintain program records on our behalf. These providers must protect the information and may not use it for independent marketing.
We may also disclose information when legally required. No other information-sharing provision in this policy authorizes the disclosure of mobile information or SMS consent for marketing or promotional purposes.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP, including while you remain an active customer.
You may receive one final confirmation message. After that confirmation, no further program messages will be sent unless you provide new affirmative consent.
Unsubscribing from SMS does not cancel your Redicare services. Necessary service information may be communicated through another permitted channel, such as email.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. However, no data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. By submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge this limitation. Redicare LLC assumes no liability for information lost in transmission.
Your information may be stored and processed on servers located outside your state or jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, that information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By submitting your information, you consent to this transfer. We take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely regardless of where it is processed.
We keep your personal information accurate and current for as long as needed to provide you services or meet our legal obligations.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us. We will retain information necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA) gives you the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond within 45 days. If we are unable to fulfill a request, we will explain why. If you believe your request was not handled appropriately, you may appeal by contacting us directly, and if still unresolved, may file a complaint with the Virginia Attorney General's office.
We do not sell your personal data as defined under the CDPA.
