          Register now for a place in line. We open at 9am and close at 9pm

Regardless of your "Time to Arrive", we open at 9 AM, also please arrive before 8:30 PM in the evening. Thank you for your patience while we work this feature out.

 "How this works" 

                                   Call 911 if this is an emergency condition.

You will need to have the Medical History and Patient Information forms completed prior to being seen. It is best if you fill out your paper work prior to showing up, as this will further reduce the time spent in the waiting room.

In order to expedite the check-in process, it would help if you could scan and print a copy of your Drivers License and Insurance Card, if you have one for our records.

If you are unable to print any of these items, please show up a few minutes earlier in order to complete the registration and maintain your place on the waiting list.
 
If you would rather verify your insurance over the phone rather than fill out the form below, please call (517) 908-3980 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Mon-Fri.

If you want to call after normal business hours, please dial (517) 694-4134.

As always you may still walk in and register in person at Redi Care South between 9 am and 9pm, 7 days a week!
 
Please note:  If you register before the clinic opens at 9 am your estimated time to arrive may be before our opening time.  Your place in line will be assured however, barring any emergencies.  Likewise in the evening, your time to arrive may be after closing time, so be sure to arrive by 8:30pm.  We close at 9 pm but stay until everyone is seen. Thank You.

How This Works:

When you enter your information in the fields above, you are placed on a waiting list and given an estimated time to arrive at Redi Care South.  This time is based on the number of patients ahead of you at that moment, among other factors.

In an Urgent Care walk-in setting you may find patients ahead of you.  By registering here you can wait in the comfort of your home or office until those patients ahead of you have been seen.

Please  fill out and print the required paperwork that is needed once you arrive at the clinic. This will reduce your time in the waiting room.

Our goal is to reduce the time spent in a waiting room, or eliminate it altogether.

If you are unable to arrive at that time please call us at (517) 694-4134. Your place in line will be held for approximately one hour after your "Time to Arrive".
